Terms Of Service

1. Parties

Client and Viking Develop LLC, 127 Wood Rd, Rochester, NY 14626 (EIN: XX-XXXXXXX).

2. Services

Web development: business websites, frontend, backend, e-commerce, API, performance optimization. All delivered digitally (source code, deployed applications, documentation).

3. Payment

Projects < $200: 100% upfront. $200-$400: 50/50. > $400: 40/30/30. Stripe USD. New York State sales tax: exempt (digital services). Late payment: 1.5% per month.

4. Intellectual Property

All source code and deliverables become client property upon full payment. Viking Develop retains no license except portfolio use (with permission). Open-source dependencies remain under their respective licenses.

5. Warranty

30-day bug-fix warranty on all delivered code. Does not cover: client modifications, third-party service outages, or scope changes. Extended warranty available via maintenance plan.

6. Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for: indirect, consequential, or incidental damages; lost profits; data loss; or third-party service failures.
