Full refund. No questions asked.

2. During Development

Scoping complete: 20% retained. Staging delivered: 50%. Production deployed: bug-fix warranty (no refund).

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

If we cannot fix a reported bug within 30 days of delivery, we refund the portion related to the affected feature.
